The space

People will book this home for the very close proximity to the beach and downtown, but you’ll have a difficult time leaving the comfortable chic space.

As you can see in our reviews, we maintain the highest standards for cleanliness. Now more than ever, we conduct a thorough process that includes redundant checks of cleaning tasks, specific disinfection of touchpoints like doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and all surface areas top and sides. We use only organic, non-toxic, effective disinfectants. Your safety is a top priority.

The spacious corner lot is enclosed by a fence and gate system for privacy and peace of mind especially with children and pets (by approval). The open floor design of the living, dining, and kitchen areas is perfect for sharing. Plenty of natural light and cool breeze flow through the entire home.

The living room features an oversized Restoration Hardware leather sofa and ottoman and large bamboo velvet love seat. The 50″ 4K HD TV includes all premium channels and is placed above the functional gas fireplace. A stunning counter height natural redwood dining table is the perfect spot for a dinner.

A hallway leads to the first of two bathrooms with double vanities and bathtub. A queen bedroom and spacious king bedroom are adjacent and privately positioned. On the other side of the property is the 3rd bedroom which has a queen bed. All furnishings are brand new as of June 2020 and each room is well lit with ceiling fans. The kitchen is stocked with premium cookware including All-Clad. High-grade dishware and preparation/presentation accessories for a delicious dinner.

The backyard area features a gas fire table and large 5-6 person spa. The space is enclosed by lush and tropical foliage that provides privacy and plenty of bird life. The front space is anchored by a breathtaking jacaranda tree all enclosed by the privacy/security fencing.

For groups wishing for an extra suite – the California King suite, please let us know and will provide the additional nightly cost.

Other things to note

We do welcome pets but they must be approved in advance. Guest is 100% responsible for any damages caused by approved pets. We kindly ask that you keep any approved pets away from the leather sofa. Or plan on bringing your own blankets to protect the leather sofa. A hypoallergenic pet cleaning fee is charged for each approved pet.
